These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Flow Affirmations website and any purchases of downloadable audiobooks (“Products”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Digital products. Products are delivered as instant digital downloads (MP3 files). After purchase, you can download your audiobook on the order confirmation page and from the link in your email receipt. Download links do not expire.
All sales are final. Because our Products are delivered instantly as digital downloads, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Flow Affirmations
License & permitted use. When you purchase a Product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, share, distribute, publicly perform, or upload the files to any platform or file-sharing service.
Pricing & payments. Prices are shown in USD ($) for all customers. Taxes (if applicable) are calculated at checkout. Payment must be completed before download access is provided.
Account & guest checkout. Checkout is guest-first. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account.
Intellectual property. All site content and Products (including audio, text, branding, and design) are owned by Flow Affirmations or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
Availability & changes. We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the site or Products at any time. We are not liable for any interruption or unavailability.
Disclaimer. Flow Affirmations provides affirmations and self-improvement content for informational purposes only. We do not provide medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. If you need professional support, please seek a qualified provider.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flow Affirmations will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the site or Products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.
